Plain light wall behind you, camera at eye level, shoulders squared to the lens, neutral expression.
❌ Avoid These
No hats, no sunglasses, no filters, no selfies from below, and no busy backgrounds or other people in frame.
💡 Pro Tips
Stand facing a window for soft even light, wipe your lens first, and shoot at arm’s length or with a tripod — never at a harsh angle.
✅ Checklist Before You Upload
- JPG or PNG, at least 600×600 px
- Face fills roughly 60–70% of the frame
- Eyes open, looking straight at the camera
- Even lighting — no half-shadow across the face
- File under 10 MB
📦 What Happens Next?
Every uploaded photo is human-reviewed before printing. If anything looks off — blur, glare, cropping — we email you within one business day with a free retake request. Your production timer only starts once the photo passes review.
